Cross-Cultural California Wedding

This California affair from Frenzel Photographers is just colorful enough to brighten up the dreariest day. Sue and Nico came from not only different continents, but met on an entirely different continent, and here they are on their wedding day! Appropriately, their reception was adorned with travel-inspired touches like vintage suitcases. Love.

From the photographer, Sarah: A chance meeting on another continent started Sue and Nico’s romance. Sue is from Southern California, and Nico is from Argentina, however they met in a hostel in Scotland while both were traveling for different purposes. Their relationship was truly “long distance” but it was peppered with frequent travels to various places around the world. True to her bohemian spirit, Sue’s wedding was filled with bold colors, travel decor, vintage furniture, and Gus, their travel gnome – all designed by Sue. After almost a year of waiting on Visa paperwork, Sue and Nico had their big day! Lovely story, and lovely couple…
